Wir sind ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Gerüstbau und stehen für Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und sicheres Arbeiten auf jeder Baustelle. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten und erfahrenen Gerüstbau - Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Organisation eines Montageteams auf wechselnden Baustellen
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Gerüstarbeiten vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Montage, Demontage und Änderung von Gerüsten
  • Kontrolle und Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen
  • Materialplanung und Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Kunden und Projektverantwortlichen
  • Einweisung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitern auf der Baustelle
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten und Meldung von Besonderheiten

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gerüstbau oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Gerüstbau
  • Erfahrung im Führen eines Teams
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit und Baustellenorganisation
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Höhentauglichkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B, idealerweise auch BE oder C1
