Geschäftsbereichsleiter Mobiler Service (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Geschäftsbereich Mobiler Service einschließlich Strategie, Wachstum, Ergebnis- und Budgetverantwortung
  • Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung der Bereiche Service, Disposition, Back-Office und Technik
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Serviceprozesse sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Qualität, Produktivität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Ausbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im B2B-Umfeld sowie Weiterentwicklung des Serviceportfolios
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts- und gesetzlichen Vorgaben sowie Umsetzung strategischer Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Hydraulik, Fluidtechnik oder Serviceorganisation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem technischen Service-, Industrie- oder Produktionsumfeld mit Ergebnisverantwortung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Serviceprozessen sowie gutes Verständnis hydraulischer Systeme
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungsstärke sowie hohe Ergebnisorientierung
  • Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
