Führung & Verantwortung: Vertretung des Prozessverantwortlichen in der Schicht, Schulung der Mitarbeiter*innen und Sicherstellung von Anwesenheit und Zeitprotokollen.
Produktionssteuerung & Prozesssicherheit: Überwachung des Produktionsablaufs, Einleitung von Sofortmaßnahmen bei Störungen und Gewährleistung eines effizienten Prozesses.
Sicherheit & Standards: Einhaltung aller Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften sowie Umsetzung der Standards für PPS, Sicherheit und Sauberkeit.
Kommunikation & Kennzahlen: Dokumentation und Reporting der Schichtkennzahlen sowie Abstimmung mit anderen Schichten nach dem PalfingerShopfloorManagementStandard.
Mitarbeiterentwicklung & Verbesserung: Unterstützung neuer Kolleg*innen, Förderung vielseitiger Einsatzmöglichkeiten und aktive Mitarbeit bei Verbesserungen im Produktionsprozess.

WEN SUCHEN WIR?
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation empfohlen, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
Erfahrung mit Qualitätssicherungsmethoden und in der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung.
Lernbereitschaft und Motivation zur persönlichen sowie fachlichen Weiterentwicklung.
Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft im Produktionsumfeld.
Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Schulungen (Sicherheit, Teamführung, PPS) sowie zur Arbeit im 2SchichtBetrieb.
Deutsch B1
FS B und eigener PKW zum Erreichen des Dienstortes

Der Verdienst beträgt EUR 16,81 brutto pro Stunde exkl. Zulagen.
