Die Kreishandwerkerschaft Rhein-Nahe-Hunsrück vertritt rund 900 Handwerksbetriebe und 21 Innungen in drei Landkreisen. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die das Handwerk und seine Menschen liebt – und Lust hat, diese Organisation aktiv zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln. Berufseinsteiger mit passendem Studium sind ausdrücklich willkommen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Strategische und operative Leitung der Organisation

Interessenvertretung gegenüber Politik, Wirtschaft und Gremien

Beratung von Betrieben, Innungen und Ehrenamt

Repräsentation und Netzwerkpflege in der Region

Ihr Profil – kein Muss, aber gut:

Studium (BWL, Recht, Verwaltung o. ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Begeisterung für das Handwerk – wichtiger als Branchenerfahrung

Kommunikationsstärke, Gestaltungswille und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Abendterminen
