Die Innung für Kälte- und Klimatechnik in Berlin und Brandenburg sucht einen engagierten Geschäftsführer auf Teilzeitbasis (25 Stunden wöchentlich), der unsere Organisation bei der Vertretung der gemeinsamen Interessen unserer Mitglieder unterstützt.

Als fachliche Organisationsform des Handwerks für Kälte- und Klimatechnik bieten wir eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben und Herausforderungen, die Ihnen einen abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag bieten kann.

Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten

Als Geschäftsführer werden Sie für die Leitung und Koordination unserer Aufgaben verantwortlich sein, darunter:

  • Unterstützung der Mitglieder bei der Aus- und Weiterbildung der Beschäftigten und Azubis.
  • Organisation und Vorbereitung der Prüfungen
  • Betreuung der Förder- und Gastmitglieder sowie die Akquise neuer Mitglieder
  • Verweisberatung bei technischen- oder rechtlichen Fragen
  • Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen und Messen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse der Kälte- und Klimatechnik-Branche wären von Vorteil, sind aber kein Muss
  • Erfahrung in der Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Sichere Kenntnisse MS Office
  • Eigenverantwortung in Bezug auf die Arbeitszeit, selbständiges Arbeiten,
