Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative und strategische Führung der Produktionsbereiche
  • Einführung und Optimierung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Abläufen (insbesondere nach REFA-Methode)
  • Effiziente Planung und Steuerung von Produktion, Personal und Ressourcen
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Teams
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und anderen Unternehmensbereichen

Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Position, idealerweise in der Metallverarbeitung oder Oberflächentechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in REFA, Prozessoptimierung und Produktionssteuerung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen Blechfertigung und/oder Pulverbeschichtung von Vorteil
