In dieser Position trägst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Leitung des Unternehmens bzw. Deines Geschäftsbereichs. Du bist der Motor für Effizienz, Qualität und den Ausbau unserer Marktanteile in einem hochkompetitiven Marktumfeld.

  • Operative Exzellenz & Netzwerksteuerung: Du optimierst die Performance unseres Depot- und Transportnetzwerks.
  • Strategische Skalierung: Du treibst die Digitalisierung der Logistikprozesse (z. B. Automatisierung in der Sortierung, Routenoptimierung) voran.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ausbildung: Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare logistische Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige, fundierte Managementerfahrung in der Geschäftsführung oder innerhalb der KEP-, Paket- oder Speditionsbranche.
  • Unternehmergen & Umsetzungsstärke: Analytischer Weitblick kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Macher-Mentalität – Du scheust Dich nicht davor, Prozesse direkt vor Ort im Depot zu analysieren.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, Türkisch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
