Aufgaben:

  • Mit Freude bedienen und beraten Sie unsere Kundschaft.
  • An unserer Bedientheke für Fleisch und Wurst präsentieren, disponieren und pflegen Sie das Sortiment.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, die Ware zu zerlegen, vor- und zuzubereiten, zu veredeln sowie Spezialitäten herzustellen.
  • Sie sind für die Warenannahme zuständig und prüfen die Produkte auf Frische und Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum.
  • Sie verantworten die Arbeitsprozesse von der Warendisposition über die Lieferung und Lagerung bis hin zum Warenverkauf und setzen sinnvolle Prioritäten.

Voraussetzung:

  • Erste Berufserfahrungen im Warenbereich und Verkaufserfahrung an der Bedientheke konnten Sie bereits sammeln.
  • Neben guten Warenkenntnissen sind Sie vertraut mit den gesetzlichen Vorschriften, den Abläufen der Produktion und des Verkaufs.
  • Vorzugsweise sind Sie im Fleischhandwerk ausgebildet – ein Quereinstieg ist auch möglich.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über den Sachkundenachweis nach der Lebensmittelverordnung, diesen können Sie aber auch bei uns erwerben.
