  • Für unseren "Burgenhof", eine Einrichtung der Jugendhilfe, suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung in Teil- oder Vollzeit (30-39 Wochenstunden).
  • Wenn du Erzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger, Heil- oder Sozialpädagoge bist, dann auf geht's, komm ins Team!

  • Unser Burgenhof ist ein Lebensort für junge Menschen und bietet diesen einen verlässlichen, tragenden Lebensort.
  • Hilfe zur Erziehung: Heimerziehung, sonstige betreute Wohnform (§ 27 i.V. m. § 34 und § 41 SGB VIII
  • Eingliederungshilfe für seelisch behinderte junge Menschen (§ 35a SGB VIII)
  • Inobhutnahme § 42 SGB VIII
  • Ziele des Leistungsangebotes gem. SGB VIII:
  • Persönlichkeitsentwicklung durch Entwicklung der eigenen Identität und des
  • Selbstwertgefühls
  • Rückführung in die Familie oder Übergang zur Erziehung in einer anderen Familie
  • oder
  • Verselbstständigung und eigenständige Lebensführung
  • Beratung, Förderung, Begleitung und Hilfe bei der schulischen und
  • beruflichen Bildung
  • Lebensform auf längere Zeit
  • Elternarbeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Tag-/Nachtschicht, Wochenende, Sonn- und Feiertage)
  • Führerschein Klasse 3 oder B
  • Toleranz und Gelassenheit gegenüber anderen Lebensstrukturen und Kulturen
  • Ein sehr hohes Maß an Empathie, Kreativität, Geduld und Flexibilität
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit und viel Freude bei der Arbeit
  • Ein interessantes und dynamisches Aufgabengebiet mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum und vielseitigen beruflichen Perspektiven
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
