Im Bereich Grafik- & Mediendesign

  • ... entwickeln und gestalten Sie kreative Inhalte für digitale und klassische Kommunikationskanäle der WINTERSTEIGER Gruppe.
  • ... erstellen Sie grafische Konzepte, Kampagnenvisuals, Social-Media-Assets, Präsentationen, Verpackungen, Broschüren und Messegrafiken.
  • ... produzieren Sie KI-gestützte Bild-, Video- und Contentformate für Produktmarketing, Employer Branding und interne Kommunikation.
  • ... setzen Sie moderne GenAI-Tools gezielt ein, um kreative Prozesse zu beschleunigen und neue Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen.
  • ... unterstützen Sie bei der Produktion von Animationen und Motion Graphics.
  • ... arbeiten Sie eng mit den Marketingteams der Divisionen sowie externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern zusammen.

PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Grafik- und Mediendesign, Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung auf Agentur- oder Unternehmensseite im Grafik-, Medien- oder Digitaldesign (mind. 3 Jahre)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud und Microsoft 365
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit GenAI-Tools wie Adobe Firefly, CoPilot oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen
  • Sicheres Gespür für Design, Typografie und visuelles Storytelling
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
