Job Description
Dans le cadre de son développement, PerkinElmer recherche un(e) Gestionnaire Prestataires afin de renforcer l'équipe OneSource .
Ce poste est basé sur le site de notre client Sanofi, à Vitry-sur-Seine .
Contrat à durée déterminée d'un an
En tant que Gestionnaire Prestataires, vous êtes le garant du respect des règles Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (QHSE) sur le site du client, lors des interventions (qualification/maintenance d’équipements scientifiques) de nos sous-traitants.
Vos missions principales :
Planifier les accès, formations sites des prestataires,
Accueillir les prestataires sur le site du client
Réaliser les évaluations de risques en laboratoire avec le prestataire,
Collecter les documents prérequis avant les interventions de nos sous-traitants sur le site (habilitations, certificats de formation, prise de connaissance des plans de prévention, déclaration de travail détaché, etc.)
Participer au processus d’approbation des fournisseurs
Contribuer au renouvellement des plans de prévention
Collecter les protocoles de nos sous-traitants
Maintenir à jour les bases de données de suivi (PerkinElmer)
Votre profil :
Expérience et/ou connaissances en QHSE appréciée
Diplôme de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+3 ou expérience équivalente scientifique ou ADV
Rigueur, sens du service client et bonnes capacités relationnelles ;
Expérience en environnement de laboratoire, pharmaceutique ou industriel
Anglais professionnel (lu, écrit et parlé)
Maîtrise intermédiaire de MS Office
Permis de conduire B
