FUNCIONES

  • Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de mecánicos de servicio técnico (SAT), asignando tareas y garantizando la eficiencia en la reparación y mantenimiento de la maquinaria.
  • Mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva con los clientes, asegurando la comprensión de sus necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas que aseguren su satisfacción.
  • Gestionar avisos de averías, organizar las intervenciones y planificar los servicios de asistencia técnica, optimizando tiempos de respuesta y priorizando la calidad del servicio.

REQUERIMENTOS

  • Dos años de experiencia en gestión de equipos, valorable en el sector.
  • Escuela FP
  • SAP y Microsoft office

QUE OFRECEMOS
