# Stellenanzeige: Gießzellenführer (m/w/d)

Für unseren Kunden, ein etablierter Automobilzulieferer mit Sitz in Neuss, suchen wir zwei Gießzellenführer (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.

## Rahmenbedingungen:

  • Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit: 37,5 Stunden
  • Einsatzort: Neuss
  • Laufzeit: geplant für 2 Jahre
  • Starttermin: ab sofort

## Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung der Gießzellen im Produktionsprozess
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen an Druckgussteilen
  • Behebung von Störungen und Einleitung von Problemlösungen
  • Pflege und Wartung der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Unterstützung beim Rüsten der Gießzellen auf neue Produkte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Strahlanlagen

## Anforderungen – fachlich:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gießer oder Industriemechaniker
  • Alternativ: mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gießerei

## Anforderungen – persönlich:

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (ausreichend für Arbeitsanweisungen und Kommunikation im Team)
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

## Schichtsystem:

  • 3-Schicht-Betrieb im Wechsel (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht)
  • Frühschicht: 06:00 Uhr
  • Spätschicht: 14:00 Uhr
  • Nachtschicht: 22:00 Uhr
