Für die Wolf & Sofsky Infrastrukturbau GmbH, ein Unternehmen der Firmengruppe Wolf & Sofsky, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Polier (m/w/d) für den Bereich Tief- und Straßenbau
Aufgaben:
- selbständige Leitung und Führung der Baustellenkolonnen
- Personal- und Materialdisposition im direkten Dialog mit der Bauleitung
- Überwachung von Nachunternehmerleistungen (Qualität, Kosten und Termine)
- Dokumentation, Überwachung und Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallschutz
Wir erwarten:
- Werkpolier (m/w/d), Meister (m/w/d), geprüfter Polier (m/w/d) oder gleichwertig
- mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Tief- und Straßenbau
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit mit guter Kommunikation sowohl nach innen als auch mit Dritten
