Meine Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten in regionalen Einrichtungen
  • Durchführung pflegerischer Maßnahmen nach individuellen Versorgungskonzepten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und weiteren Fachkräften vor Ort
  • Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität
  • Unterstützung bei der Mobilisation und Rehabilitation der Patienten

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der stationären oder ambulanten Pflege wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patienten
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft für verschiedene Einrichtungen in der Region
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
