  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist authentisch, empathisch,verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert.
  • Sie arbeiten gern im Team und kommunizierenrespektvoll und wertschätzend – auch in Konflikten.
  • Fachliche Fundierung und Kindeswohlorientierung prägen Ihre Arbeit.
  • Sie setzen sich mit pädagogischen Ansätzen auseinander und entwickeln sich gern weiter.
  • Sie können einen Nachweis über Masern-Immunität vorlegen.
  • Sie gehören einer anerkannten christlichen Kirche an.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Behinderungen, u.a. Epilepsie, Entwicklungs- undVerhaltensauffälligkeiten im Nachtdienst.
  • Kindeswohlorientierte Zusammenarbeit mitSorgeberechtigten und Fachkräften desHilfesystems.
