Ihr Profil / Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Durchführung und Beurteilung der Pflege und Betreuung nach dem Pflegeprozess
  • Pflegedokumentation nach dem Strukturmodell
  • Mitarbeit bei ärztlicher Diagnostik und Therapie
  • Beratung von Patient*innen, Angehörigen,* Betreuer*innen* und Hilfestellung bei Problemen
  • Anleitung und Kontrolle der nachgeordneten Mitarbeitenden
  • Kontaktpflege zu Angehörigen, Betreuer*innen und Ärztinnen* der Bewohner*innen* und Informationsaustausch mit den Vorgesetzten
  • regelmäßige Teilnahme an Fort- und Weiterbildungen

Vorausgesetzte Kenntnisse:

  • abgeschlossene, bzw. in Deutschland anerkannte Ausbildung in der Gesundheits- & Krankenpflege oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und psychische Belastbarkeit
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System sowie an Wochenenden, Sonn- und Feiertagen
