Für unsere renommierten Kunden in Rastatt suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Dich als Gesundheits- & Krankenpfleger (m/w/d).

Worauf Du Dich bei uns freuen kannst:

  • Willkommensbonus / Tolle Benefits bis zu 3.000 €, weil wir uns darauf freuen, wenn Du ein Teil der medicum-Familie bist
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • Übertarifliche Bezahlung (ab 25 € Stundenlohn, egal ob Urlaub, krank oder ausbleibende Einsätze)
  • Gesicherte Zuschläge (sonntags 50 %, nachts 25 %, feiertags 100 %, Mehrarbeit 25 %)
  • Kilometerpauschale oder ggf. ein Dienstwagen im Rahmen der 1%-Regelung oder Rückerstattung von ÖPNV-Tickets
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld (nach BAP-Tarifvertrag)
  • Weitere Bonuszahlungen, wie „Mitarbeiter werben Mitarbeiter“ (bis zu 1500 €)
  • 30 Tage Urlaub
  • Flexible Dienstplanmitgestaltung
  • Flexible Arbeitsortgestaltung: egal ob regional unterwegs oder bundesweit
  • Diverse Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten

Welche Aufgaben Dich bei uns erwarten:

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten
  • Vorbereitung von Narkosen
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege von Patienten
  • Pflegeprozessdokumentation
  • Überwachung sowie Umsetzung der Einnahme von Medikamenten
  • Assistenz bei Behandlungen und Arztvisite

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- & Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein großes Herz für Menschen und Spaß an deiner Arbeit
  • Du pflegst einen einfühlsamen und sensiblen Umgang mit Bewohnern/Patienten
  • Du hast ein freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
