Die Kinderschutzimpuls gGmbH ist ein dynamischer Träger in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Für unser Team in Rostock suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte und engagierte Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger/in oder Kinderkrankenschwester (m/w/d) für die Inobhutnahmestelle „Molenfeuer“ in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Unsere Inobhutnahmestelle „Molenfeuer“ ist ein temporäres Zuhause für 7 Mädchen und Jungen im Alter von 0-10 Jahren aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen, die kurzfristig stationär betreut werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung von Kindern in einer akuten Krise
  • Sicherstellen des Schutzraums (24 h - Betreuung)
  • Schaffung von Entlastung durch Sicherheit, Ruhe und Zeit sowie Gewährleistung emotionaler Zuwendungen
  • Gestaltung und Strukturierung des Alltags
  • Elternarbeit - systematische Einbeziehung der Herkunftssysteme
  • Perspektivklärung der Anschlusshilfen
  • Vernetzungsarbeit und Kooperation mit anderen Einrichtungen, Diensten und Fachkräften
  • Kooperation mit Institutionen und Einrichtungen wie Jugendamt, Schule, Therapeuten
  • Dokumentation und Aktenführung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheitspfleger/in, Kinderkrankenschwester oder Kinderkrankenpfleger/in
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich der Säuglings- und Kleinkinderpflege
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie, Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und eine zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und respektvoller Umgang mit der Zielgruppe
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Nähe und Distanz
  • zeitliche Flexibilität
