  • Innere Medizin (Gastroenterologie /Kardiologie)
  • Chirurgie (Unfallchirurgie & Orthopädie /Viszeralchirurgie)
  • Anästhesie & Intensivmedizin
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • die ganzheitliche Versorgung und individuelle Betreuung und Pflege unserer Patienten
  • eigenständige Gestaltung der Arbeitsabläufe im Rahmen der Bereichspflege
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachsorge diagnostischer und therapeutischer Maßnahmen
  • Planung und Durchführung der Pflegedokumentation in der digitalen Patientenakte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit ärztlichen Kollegen sowie weiteren Kooperationspartnern
  • Ihr Profil:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d), Pflegefachmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder ähnl.
  • ausgeprägte soziale und fachliche Kompetenz sowie die Motivation, zielorientiert mit allen beteiligten Berufsgruppen zusammen zu arbeiten
  • eigenverantwortliches Handeln mit der Bereitschaft, sich im Team einzubringen
  • Freundlichkeit und Kommunikationsbereitschaft gegenüber Patienten und Angehörigen
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Unser Angebot:
