In Ihrer Rolle als Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die verantwortungsvolle Betreuung und ganzheitliche Pflege von Säuglingen, Kindern und Jugendlichen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

Pädiatrische Behandlungspflege: Sie führen ärztlich verordnete Maßnahmen sicher durch, dazu gehören die professionelle Wundversorgung, das Verabreichen von Medikamenten sowie das Richten und Überwachen von Infusionen.
Fachspezifische Assistenz: Sie unterstützen das Ärzteteam aktiv bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen sowie bei operativen Eingriffen durch eine gewissenhafte Vor- und Nachbereitung der kleinen Patientinnen und Patienten.
Qualitätssicherung & Dokumentation: Sie steuern den Pflegeprozess eigenverantwortlich und stellen durch eine lückenlose Dokumentation der Behandlungsverläufe höchste Qualitätsstandards sicher.
Ganzheitliche Grundpflegerische Versorgung: Sie unterstützen die Patientinnen und Patienten bedürfnisorientiert bei der Mobilisierung, Körperpflege und Nahrungsaufnahme, immer unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Entwicklungsphasen.
Empathische Begleitung: Als empathische Bezugsperson stehen Sie nicht nur den Kindern, sondern auch deren Angehörigen beratend zur Seite und schaffen ein Umfeld des Vertrauens und der Sicherheit.
