Fair Personal sucht für einen Einsatz im Bereich Medizin & Pflege eine engagierte Fachkraft als Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger (m/w/d) in der Pädiatrie in Offenbach am Main am Einsatzort Offenbach am Main.

Ihre Aufgaben

Ganzheitliche Grund- und Behandlungspflege pädiatrischer Patienten

Vorbereitung, Assistenz und Nachbereitung diagnostischer und therapeutischer Maßnahmen

Überwachung der Vitalparameter und Medikamentengabe nach ärztlicher Anordnung

Begleitung, Beratung und Anleitung von Eltern und Angehörigen

Pflegedokumentation und Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Fallbesprechungen

Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften

Das bringen Sie mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger (m/w/d)

idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Pädiatrie

Empathie, Geduld und Sensibilität im Umgang mit kranken Kindern

Teamfähigkeit

Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst

Das bieten wir

Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag

überdurchschnittliche Vergütung von 30,00 € brutto pro Stunde

25 % Nachtzuschlag

50 % Sonntagszuschlag

100 % Feiertagszuschlag

25 % Überstundenzuschlag

Beschäftigung in Vollzeit

Einsatzplanung nach Verfügbarkeit

persönliche Betreuung durch das Disponenten-Team

Arbeitsort: Offenbach am Main

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Vergütung: 30,00 € brutto pro Stunde
