Schwerpunkte sind Altenhilfe, Behindertenhilfe, Suchtkrankenhilfe, Flüchtlingshilfe, Wohnungslosenhilfe sowie Kinder- und Jugendhilfe. Als eines der größten Unternehmen der Sozialwirtschaft in der Region bietet sie viele Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, sinnstiftende Aufgaben und sichere Berufsperspektiven.

  • Wir suchen ab sofort Unterstützung für unser Pflegeteam Demenzwohngemeinschaft in der Matthäusstrasse.
  • Die Anstellung erfolgt in Teilzeit mit maximal 35 Stunden wöchentlich.

In dieser WG leben 10 Bewohner.

Aufgaben

  • Durchführung ärztlich verordneter Behandlungspflegen
  • Durchführung von Pflegemassnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betreuungsteam
  • Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeprozessplanung

### Profil/Qualifikationen

Profil

  • ein abgeschlossenes Examen als Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeassistent (m/w/d)
  • Kenntnisse in der Bezugspflege
  • Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit demenziell veränderten Bewohnern
  • Sie pflegen einen professionellen Umgang mit den Angehörigen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und persönliches Engagement
  • hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zum Wochenenddienst
  • sie sind 3-fach gegen Covid 19 geimpft
