  • Durchführung/Koordination von Betreuungs- und Hilfeleistungen, die sich an den persönlichen, physischen und psychischen Grundbedürfnissen der Bewohner*innen und an ethische Grundsätze orientiert.
  • Durchführung von hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten sowie (Re)aktivierende Gestaltung des Tagesablaufs
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heimhelfer*in
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Wertschätzende Grundhaltung und Orientierung an den Werten der Caritas
  • Physische und psychische Belastbarkeit, hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamorientierung
  • Empathie und Toleranz für Menschen in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Flexibilität (Sonn- und Feiertagsdienste)
  • Unser Angebot:

  • Drei dienstfreie Tage zusätzlich pro Jahr (Bildungsfreistellung)
  • Zwei weitere Urlaubstage ab dem zweiten Dienstjahr (Basis 5 Tagewoche)
  • Zusätzlich drei dienstfreie Tage pro Jahr: Karfreitag, 24. und 31. Dezember (ersatzfrei)
  • Wir sind als familienfreundliche Arbeitgeberin mit dem staatlichen Gütesiegel zertifiziert und leben dies auch
  • Wir bieten unseren Mitarbeiter*innen das Rad-Leasing an
  • Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag der Caritas (VG VII/1) € 2.490,40 auf Basis Vollbeschäftigung mit 37,0 Wochenstunden, zuzüglich allfällige Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagszulagen, und erhöht sich je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Gemäß § 79 Bgld. LBedG kommen die Regelungen zum Mindestlohn zur Anwendung.
