Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heimhelfer:in (gemäß GuKG)
  • Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister (GBR) von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Betreuung und Unterstützung älterer Menschen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Respekt im Umgang mit Bewohner:innen
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste)
  • Körperliche und psychische Belastbarkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau B1)
