Einzelversorgung Es gibt keinen besseren Platz für die Pflege als zu Hause!

Ein Team bestehend aus fünf Kolleginnen und Kollegen versorgt einen Pflegekunden im Alter von fast 60 Jahren in seiner Wohnung. Der Pflegekunde erlitt einen Apoplex.

Die Versorgung erfolgt im drei-Schicht-System. Gesucht wird ein / eine Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w) in Teilzeit für die Früh und Spätdienste.

Ihr zukünftiger Verantwortungsbereich:

Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege beim Pflegekunden

Dabei erledigen Sie anfallende administrative Aufgaben wie z.B. die ordentliche Dokumentation

Durch die Teilnahme an Fortbildungen können Sie Ihr Wissen erweitern und festigen. Dabei unterstützt Sie unser vielfältiges Weiterbildungsangebot

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum examinierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w)

Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit

Professionelles Kommunikationsverhalten
