  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Professionelle Pflege und Pflegeplanung, liebevolle Betreuung der Bewohner aller Pflegegrade in Wohnbereichen
  • Dokumentationen in der IT-gestützten Pflege¬dokumentation
  • Ansprechpartner für Angehörige und Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten
