Für unseren Kunden, eine Klinik in München-Nymphenburg, suchen wir im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung ab sofort Verstärkung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger - Dauernachtwache (gn) in Voll- oder Teilzeit. Sie werden direkt bei unserem Kunden fest angestellt.

  • Arbeitsort: München-Nymphenburg
  • Verdienst: Vergütung nach Tarif (AVR Caritas) zzgl. Zulagen
  • Start: ab sofort
  • Anstellung: direkt beim Kunden (Personalvermittlung)

### Das bietet Ihnen unser Kunde

  • Eine Attraktive Vergütung nach AVR Caritas
  • Attraktive Zulagen, Prämien und Sonderzahlungen
  • Jahressonderzahlung in Höhe von 86 %
  • Zusatzzulage in Höhe von 41,67 € mtl.
  • Einspringprämie: 20 % der zusätzlich übernommenen Arbeitszeit für ein kurzfristiges Einspringen aus einem geplanten Frei- oder Urlaubstag
  • Pflegezulage + Leistungsentgelt in Höhe von ca. 200 € - 250 € brutto mtl.
  • Nachtdienst 20 %; Samstagszuschlag 20 %; Sonntagszuschlag 25 %; Feiertagszuschlag: 35 %
  • Wechselschichtzulage: 250 €
  • Anreizsystem inkl. Treueprämie für die ITS, OP, Anästhesie, Radiologie und Funktionsdienst
  • Leistungsprämie Praxisanleitung je nach Eingruppierung in Höhe von 100 € oder 300 € brutto mtl.
  • Intensivzulage in Höhe von 100€ brutto auf Intensivstation
  • Geriatriezulage in Höhe von 75€ brutto mtl. auf Akutgeriatrie

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege der Patient:innen auf der Allgemeinen Station oder Intensivstation im Nachtdienst
  • Sicherstellung der hochwertigen pflegerischen Qualität

### Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Pflegefachkraft Krankenschwester/Pfleger oder Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Freude am Nachdienst
  • Fachkompetenter Mitarbeiter (m/w) mit Know-how im Arbeitsalltag
  • Selbstverständlich sind Berufsanfänger/innen auch herzlich willkommen.
  • Eine aufgeschlossene und flexible Persönlichkeit, die gerne Aufgaben im Team übernimmt
  • Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement, um die hochwertige pflegerische Qualität für die Patienten/innen sicherzustellen
