Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung & Durchführung der individuellen Pflege
  • Unterstützung bei Körperpflege, Mobilisation & Ernährung
  • Medikamentenvergabe nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als: Gesundheits- & Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Empathie & Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen (m/w/d)
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität & Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereit auch an den Wochenenden zu arbeiten
