Zur Verstärkung des Teams der Mobilen Dienste im Bezirk Wolfsberg suchen wir eine(n) Diplomierte(n) Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in auf Teilzeitbasis (15-20 Stunden/Woche).

Wir bieten Ihnen:

  • Ein Mindestentgelt von 3408,78 Euro brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 h/Woche), Einstufung lt. SWÖ-KV, inkl. SEG-Zulage, ohne Pflegebonus

Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

  • Selbstständige Umsetzung des gesamten Pflegeprozesses, um eine individuelle und ressourcenorientiere Pflege zu gewährleisten
  • Beratung, Anleitung und Entlastung der Angehörigen/Bezugspersonen
  • Anleitung und Begleitung von Auszubildenden

Ihre Qualifikationen sind:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in
  • Gültige Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister
  • Freude im Umgang mit pflege- und betreuungsbedürftigen Menschen
  • Hohes Engagement, Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamgeist
  • Führerschein B und Privat-PKW
