  • *Durchführung von behandlungs- und körperpflegerischen Maßnahmen*
  • *Wund- und Kompressionsverbände, Injektionen und Medikamentengabe*
  • *Beobachtung und Weitergabe von Informationen an das Fachpersonal*
  • *Einleiten von Sofortmaßnahmen im Notfall*
  • *Begleitung der Patienten durch ihren Alltag*
  • *Mitgestaltung der pflegerischen Prozesse*

Ihr Profil:

  • *eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft *
  • *Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein*
  • *Freude an der Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen*
  • *hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität*
  • *Bereitschaft zum 2-Schichtdienst ist Voraussetzung*
  • *ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist Voraussetzung*
