Arbeitsausmaß: Teilzeit

  • Aufgabenbereich:
  • Erhebung des individuellen Pflegebedürfnisses, Pflegeplanung und Evaluation der Pflege
  • Organisation, Durchführung und Bewertung aller pflegerischen Maßnahmen, einschließlich der Pflegedokumentation
  • Übernahme von Pflegeverantwortung für ausgewählte Kund*innen
  • Anleitung und Überwachung von anderen Pflege- und Betreuungsberufen sowie Anleitung und Einschulung von betreuten Personen und deren Angehörigen
  • eigenverantwortliche Durchführung medizinischdiagnostischer und medizinisch-therapeutischer Maßnahmen und Tätigkeiten nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung
  • Auf Wunsch und mit entsprechender Ausbildung Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung für Spezialbereiche
  • Was wir erwarten:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP
  • Kenntnisse über Pflegeprozess und Pflegeplanung
  • Führerschein B
  • Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

Entlohnung nach Caritas KV: Mindestgehalt mit Vorerfahrung in Verwendungsgruppe IVa, € 3.607,20 (bei 37 WoStd/IVa).Einreihung in höhere Gehaltsstufen je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und Zulagen entsprechend KV und BV.
