Arbeitsausmaß: Teilzeit oder Vollzeit

Aufgabenbereich

Erhebung des individuellen Pflegebedürfnisses, Pflegeplanung und Evaluation der Pflege

Organisation, Durchführung und Bewertung aller pflegerischen Maßnahmen, einschließlich der Pflegedokumentation

Übernahme von Pflegeverantwortung für ausgewählte Kund*innen

Anleitung und Überwachung von anderen Pflege- und Betreuungsberufen sowie Anleitung und Einschulung von betreuten Personen und deren Angehörigen

Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung medizinisch-diagnostischer und medizinisch-therapeutischer Maßnahmen und Tätigkeiten nach ärztlicher Anordnung

Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung

Auf Wunsch und mit entsprechender Ausbildung Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung für Spezialbereiche

Einreihung in höhere Gehaltsstufen je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und Zulagen entsprechend KV und BV.
