Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Übernahme von speziellen medizinischen-pflegerischen Aufgaben
  • Koordination von Arztterminen inkl. Begleitung
  • Begleitung bei Visiten
  • Erstellung, Anweisungen und Kontrolle von Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Anleitung der Betreuer/innen bei medizinischen und pflegerischen Aufgaben
  • Verwaltung der medizinischen Dokumentation und der medizinischen Hilfs- und Heilmittel bzw. der Medizinprodukte

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als DGKP
  • Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberufsregister
  • Empathie, Freude und eine wertschätzende Grundhaltung für die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen
  • Positives Denken und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie EDV-Basiskenntnisse
