  • Du begleitest Menschen mit Geistiger- oder Mehrfachbehinderungen durch ihren Alltag und unterstützt sie in ihrem individuellen Wohnumfeld.
  • Du übernimmst pflegerische und medizinische Tätigkeiten entsprechend deiner Qualifikation.
  • Du beobachtest Gesundheitsveränderungen und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ein.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem multiprofessionellen Team,
  • Ärzt:innen und Angehörigen zusammen.
  • Du gestaltest Entwicklungsprozesse aktiv mit und förderst die Selbstständigkeit der Bewohner:innen.
  • Du führst Dokumentationen sorgfältig und digital durch

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur diplomierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson
  • Erfolgreicher Eintrag im Gesundheitsbuchregister Verantwortungbewusstsein, Teamkraft und Freude
