in unserer Dauerwohngruppe in Kirchdorf begleiten wir acht Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung in ihrem Alltag.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Anordnung und Organisation von notwendigen pflegerischen Tätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Verabreichung ärztlich angeordneter Medikamente
  • Pflegedokumentation im Care-Center
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und Angehörigen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen sowie Mitwirkung bei lebenspraktischen und hauswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben im Rahmen der ganzheitlichen Betreuung
  • Ihr fachliches Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP) sowie Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Praxisanleiter:in von Vorteil
  • sichere EDV Anwendungskenntnisse (Pflegedokumentation, MS Office)
  • Führerschein B
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen von Vorteil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Praxisanleiter:in von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Unser Angebot

Diese Position ist je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten mit mindestens € 3.074,80 bis € 3.538,90 brutto monatlich (SWÖ 7) für 37h/Woche dotiert.
