Im PSC Team arbeiten Sie SMART sensitive, mobile, agile und responsive im Team übergreifend im gesamten Haus
Umsetzung aller Kompetenzbereiche und Durchführung professioneller Pflege gem. GuKG
Verantwortung für eine qualitätsvolle und professionelle Pflege und eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung dieser
Bedürfnisorientierte Begleitung der Bewohner_innen
Interesse an der Begleitung von Menschen mit Demenz und der Mitwirkung im Rahmen der Hospiz und Palliativcare

Ihr Profil
Diplom im gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst
Wir freuen uns über Bewerber_innen, die sich mit ihren Ideen und Können in unseren Betrieb einbringen, um eine optimale Versorgung der Bewohner_innen sicherzustellen

Unser Angebot

ein jährliches Bruttogehalt bei 40 Wochenstunden ab € 52.086,00 (abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten) zzgl. € 2.000,00 Pflegebonus jährlich, zzgl. variabler Zulagen
