Sie erheben Bedürfnisse, erstellen Pflegediagnosen, planen und führen in Zusammenarbeit mit einem interdisziplinären Team Pflegemaßnahmen durch. Sie arbeiten in der häuslichen Umgebung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden.

Sie bringen mit:

  • · Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum*r DGKP inkl. Eintrag im
  • Gesundheitsberuferegister
  • · Positive Einstellung zur Arbeit mit älteren bzw. hilfebedürftigen Menschen
  • · Selbständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • · Führerschein B und eigener PKW

Bezahlung:

  • · Entlohnung nach SWÖ-KV, Mindestentgelt brutto
  • EUR 3.129,61 pro Monat für Vollzeitbeschäftigung
  • (= 37 Wochenstunden)
  • · Kilometergeld
  • · Zulagen je nach Betreuungssituation
  • · Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten
