  • IHRE TÄTIGKEITEN UMFASSEN:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erhebung des Pflegebedarfes sowie Beurteilung der Pflegeabhängigkeit
  • Diagnostik, Planung, Organisation, Durchführung, Kontrolle und Evaluation aller pflegerischen Maßnahmen
  • (Pflegeprozess)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung medizinisch-diagnostischer und medizinisch-therapeutischer Maßnahmen
  • und Tätigkeiten nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Weiterverordnung von Medizinprodukten
  • Mitwirkung im multiprofessionellen Versorgungsteam
  • Flexibilität und Mitspracherecht bei der Dienstplanerstellung
  • Keine Nachtdienste

  • Wir suchen eine Person, die mit Umsicht und Eigenverantwortung agiert und gleichzeitig ein echtes Gespür für Menschen mitbringt. Besonders wichtig sind uns:
  • Allgemeines Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegediplom
  • Eintragung im Gesundheitsberufe-Register
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und eigener PKW
  • Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Roten Kreuzes
