Wir suchen in der ambulanten Pflege zwei engagierte und kompetente Pflegekräfte (m/w/d).

Ihr Profil:

abgeschlossene Ausbildung

zur staatlich anerkannten Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin/Pfleger

zur staatlich anerkannten Altenpflegerin/Pfleger

zur staatlich anerkannten Pflegefachfrau/mann

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie unterstützen mit ihrem Wissen und Können die PDL bei der Organisation und Dienstplanung des ambulanten Pflegedienstes, des Bereitschaftsdienstes, bei der Patientenaufnahme, der Patientenüberleitung, der Dokumentation und der Qualitätssicherung.

Wir bieten:

Sie haben eine geregelte Arbeitszeit und wechseln sich mit ihren Kollegen und dem Bereitschaftsdienst ab.

Sie erhalten ein Dienstfahrzeug, dass sie auf Wunsch auch über die 1% Reglung privat nutzen können.

Alle Kollegen unterstützen sie bei der Einarbeitung.

Sie lernen die Bereiche der häuslichen Pflege kennen und bringen " frischen Wind" und neue Ideen mit. Genau richtig für uns.

Beginn der Tätigkeit: ab sofort

Anzahl offener Stellen: 2

Arbeitszeit: Voll/ Teilzeit, 3- Schichtsystem

Vergütung und Zusatzleistungen: lt. AVR/ Tarif

Urlaub: 29 Tages

Tarifvertrag: AVR bpa Arbeitgeberverbandes e.V.

Befristung: unbefristet

Berufsausbildung: abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur PFK s.o.

Kenntnisse/ Fertigkeiten: Durchführung einer professionellen, geplanten und dokumentierten Pflege

Führerschein: Nicht erforderlich, aber wünschenswert

Weiterbildung: Pflichtweiterbildungen 10 Stunden/ Jahr
