  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen gemäß den Vorgaben des Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetzes (GuKG)
  • Planung, Organisation und Dokumentation von Pflegeprozessen
  • Beratung und Anleitung von Klient*innen, Angehörigen sowie Heimhilfen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt*innen, Therapeut*innen und weiteren Gesundheitspartner*innen
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der betreuten Personen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Hygienestandards und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung an internen Fortbildungen und Team-Meetings
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Hauskrankenpflege oder Betreuung älterer Menschen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
