  • Aufgaben
  • Sie erheben den Pflege- und Betreuungsbedarf unserer Bewohner_innen und steuern den Pflegeprozess
  • Sie leiten die Pflegeassistenz- und Sozialbetreuungsberufe an und beaufsichtigen diese
  • Sie führen im Rahmen der medizinischen Diagnostik und Therapie Maßnahmen durch
  • Sie beraten Bewohner_innen und deren An- und Zugehörige

Entlohnung nach Kollektivvertrag SWÖ. Das Bruttogehalt beträgt für 37 Wochenstunden je nach Vordienstzeiten zwischen € 3.129,62 und € 3.760,32 zzgl. SEG-Zulage € 241,00 und Pflegebonus € 135,00 14 x jährlich.
