ARBEITSBEREICH UND HERAUSFORDERUNG DIESER STELLE:

  • Patientenmanagement: Selbstständige Organisation, Koordination und Durchführung einer evidenzbasierten, ganzheitlichen Pflege von Patienten (m/w/d) unter Berücksichtigung individueller Bedürfnisse.
  • E-Health & Dokumentation: Fachgerechte und umfassende Nutzung der digitalen Patientenakte zur Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen, patientenbezogenen Dokumentation und Prozesssteuerung.
  • Wissenstransfer: Aktive Anleitung und fachliche Ausbildung von Auszubildenden sowie die Koordination und Supervision von Hilfs- und Assistenzpersonal.
  • Qualitätsentwicklung: Aktive Mitgestaltung des Arbeitsplatzes und der Pflegeprozesse durch die Teilnahme an verschiedenen klinischen Projektgruppen.
  • Interdisziplinarität: Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team aus Ärzten, Therapeuten und dem Sozialdienst.
  • Zeitmodell: Einsatz im strukturierten 3-Schicht-System, das durch flexible Ansätze eine bestmögliche Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben ermöglicht.

QUALIFIKATION UND ERFAHRUNG FüR DIESE STELLE:

  • Die Fürsorge und die Zufriedenheit der Patienten liegt Ihnen am Herzen
  • Hintergrund: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1 Niveau) zur sicheren Kommunikation und digitalen Dokumentation.
  • Mobilität: Ein eigener PKW sowie ein gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B sind zur Erreichbarkeit des Standorts (Schichtwechsel) erforderlich.
  • Soft Skills: Empathie, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
