Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst eine umfassende Grund- und Behandlungspflege durch
  • Du planst und dokumentierst die Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Du verabreichst Medikamente nach ärztlicher Vorgabe
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Ärzte, Patienten und Angehörige

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, als Altenpfleger oder als Pflegefachkraft
  • Du bist engagiert, motiviert und einfühlsam
  • Du bist bereit, in verschiedenen Einrichtungen zu arbeiten
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Schichtsystem
