Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie Betreuungsaufgaben
  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Patienten und Angehörige
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team nehmen Sie alle anfallenden Aufgaben wahr
  • Die Kontrolle und Darreichung der Medikamente liegt in Ihren Händen
  • Ebenso obliegt Ihnen die Pflegedokumentation

ihr profil

  • Sie haben eine Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als:
  • Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Pflegefachmann (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen, Berufs- und Wiedereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind willkommen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Fürsorglichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstständigkeit
