Deine Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und einfühlsame Pflege von Patienten und Bewohnern
  • Durchführung ärztlich angeordneter Maßnahmen und Unterstützung bei Behandlungen
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle und sorgfältige Beobachtung der Vitalwerte
  • Lückenlose und gewissenhafte Dokumentation aller Pflegeschritte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Ärzten, Therapeuten sowie Angehörigen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Anpassungsfähigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist sowie Flexibilität im Arbeitsalltag
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement, auch bei Einsätzen am Wochenende
