### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung der Begleitung und Assistenz der Klienten nach Umsetzung der Qualitätsstandards der Diakonie Pfingstweid
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Mitarbeit bei der konzeptionellen Ausgestaltung
  • Freizeitgestaltung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und gesetzlichen Betreuern
  • Arbeiten im Bezugspersonensystem

### Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung zum Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit behinderten Menschen
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildung
