Ihre Aufgaben

Fachgerechte Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege

  • Überwachung und Betreuung von Patient*innen nach ärztlicher
  • Anordnung
  • Vorbereitung, Assistenz und Nachbereitung bei diagnostischen und
  • therapeutischen Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse sowie Beobachtung des
  • Gesundheitszustandes
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen sowie Zusammenarbeit im
  • interdisziplinären Team

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • (bzw. Pflegefachmann/-frau)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Sorgfalt und Empathie im Umgang mit
  • Patient*innen

Bereitschaft zu Schichtdiensten (Früh-/Spät-/Nachtdienst)

Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Engagement

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
