Ihre Aufgaben

  • Grundpflege wie, Körperpflege und Ernährung
  • medizinische Behandlungspflege wie, Verbände wechseln und nach Vorgabe Medikamente verabreichen.
  • Überwachung des Gesundheitszustands
  • Dokumentation im Pflegeprozess
  • Beratung von Patienten und Angehörigen
  • Verfassen von Entwicklungsberichten u.ä.
  • Individuelle Hilfeplanung im Team

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Pflege (3-jährige Ausbildung zur Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d))
  • Freude an der Beziehungsarbeit mit Menschen
  • Offenheit & Neugier
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität
  • Eigenverantwortlichkeit
  • Team- & Kommunikationsfähigkeit
