Wir suchen für ein Spital in der Schweiz im Bereich Nephrologie eine / einen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin Nephrologie.

# Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger Nephrologie (m/w/d)

## Tätigkeit

  • Gewährleistung einer patientenorientierten Pflege gemäss den Qualitätsstandards unter Berücksichtigung der vorgegebenen Ziele
  • Selbstständige Ausführung der vom Arzt verordneten diagnostischen, therapeutischen und prophylaktischen Massnahmen
  • Verantwortlich für technisch und hygienisch einwandfreie Shuntpunktionen sowie die kontinuierliche Überwachung der Patienten
  • Durchführung und Betreuung von allgemeinen Dialyse
  • Organisation und Verwaltung von Verbrauchsmaterialien und Medikamenten

## Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung als Fachfrau/mann Gesundheit EFZ oder diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Dialyse erwünscht
  • Sicheres Auftreten und hohe Selbstkompetenz
  • Empathisches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
